Description: Sherman Smith owns a business in Charles village neighborhood in Baltimore. 24/7, people come to «Perfect Touch» in order to spend some time and maybe get their hair done. This particular business is full of ghosts hanging on walls where resonate neighbor’s voices, like a cafe would. Baltimore has a heavy history of racial and social issues, that are still existent. Fresh vivid debates keep resonate between past and future. What is the function of that kind of places in a neighborhood ? This documentary is shaped agreeing onto the architecture of that multiform space. Each chapter refers to spaces, in order to por- trait Sherman and discover his community.
